Order Processing & Shipping

  •  Our  products are custom-made to order.

  • Processing time is approximately 7-14 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Shipping time begins once the order is completed and handed to the carrier.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

  • The business is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

Incorrect Orders or Damage

Each shirt is inspected before shipping. If there is an issue:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

  • Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper wear or washing.

Size & Fit Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

  • Size charts are provided for reference.

  • We do not offer exchanges due to sizing errors.

Care Instructions Disclaimer

To preserve rhinestones:

  • Turn garment inside out

  • Wash cold on gentle cycle

  • Do not bleach

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Do not iron over rhinestones

Damage caused by improper care is not eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Ready-to-Ship rhinestone t-shirts are already made and ship quickly.

  • Orders ship within – business days after payment is received.

  • Shipping time begins once the item is handed to the carrier.

  • Tracking information will be provided when the order ships.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because rhinestone t-shirts are embellished:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Requests must be submitted within __ days of delivery.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The following are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items damaged due to improper care

  • Clearance or sale items
